He has a passion for political science and has participated in the MEU of Strasbourg 2018, the MEU of Brussels 2019 and the 2018 Model UN at the University of Cambridge, which broadened his horizons on the functionality and management of EU institutions.
While completing his studies, Kostas is also currently a consultant on the 2020 MEU Strasbourg, organizing team on matters regarding IT infrastructure, and is the Participant Coordinator of the 2019 MEU in Athens. At school, he gives back by participating in several initiatives, including the UTH Larissa Computer Science Support Center (their first student-to-student support center), the Technology and Entrepreneurship Society (for weekly inspirational talks on campus), and serves as Curator for the first TEDx UTH Larissa.
These and the other work in which Kostas is involved serves to inspire professionals and entrepreneurs by bridging the gap between university training and the labor market. Kostas unique combination of team leadership and his fearlessness in exploring new opportunities both at home and abroad make him a valuable mentor to today's young professional.
His ikigai (motivation) is to shift community thinking from passive to proactive, embracing technology and innovation to tackle problems and form sustainable solutions. His favorite expression is "You don't get to new places by following established tracks."
