Attorney General's "Triple C Award" & Philo4Thought College-Bound Young Scholars

Part of Philo4Thought's annual funding is dedicated to providing an assistive Foundation Grant to support  college-bound high school Juniors or Seniors who have overcome major financial or medical hardship to excel in school (with a GPA of 3.5 or higher). Nominees must have contributed to meaningful advancements in their Hellenic Community.

This academic grant is provided in conjunction with the Attorney General's "Triple C Award" in recognition of a student's Courage, Character & Commitment to Service despite his/her personal circumstances. The award is indicative of a student's good character, determination to succeed, ability to manage his/her time and responsibilities, and commitment to lead and inspire others, The Triple C Award may improve a student's chances of getting into his/her first choice college while the modest Philo4Thought financial award has been used to help  cover college application fees, SAT preparatory courses and related training/services.
