EVENT GOALS & DESCRIPTION

The goal of this annual event is to empower emerging young professionals, entrepreneurs and community leaders by offering them clear opportunities for Empowerment so they can make solid and steady transitions along their professional paths while continuing the robust legacy that previous generations of the global Hellenic community have forged into a sustainable lifestyle.

Featured speakers from various professional, philanthropic and geographic areas within the Greek community will lend their unique insight and expertise into the changing landscape of creating and managing sustainable business strategies in their respective industries.

This annual Symposium allows junior and senior level professionals to connect and network through the scheduled presentations and discussions. Beyond the scheduled event, many attendees go on to request internships or mentoring with the guest speakers and pursue possible training and job opportunities with our team or affiliates.

The Symposium is also an opportunity to celebrate accomplishments of those who have made significant contributions to their community over the past year. Our annual Awards Ceremony is hosted in collaboration with the NYS Assembly and the NYS Attorney General’s Office.
